Komedie 2006
Finans og produktionsfirmaet Endgame har fået forkøbssret på filmrettigheder til David Crane og Larry Coen's Off Broadway show og filmmanuskript Epic Proportions. Variety reporterer, at John Landis er blevet udset til at instruere filmen ud fra et manuskript genskrevet af Todd Berger.
Komedien foregår under Den Store Depression (i 30erne) og følger to døgenigter af brødre, som begynder som statister, men som stiger op af ranglisten til en dyr film, der dog er dømt til at fejle. Filmen omhandler bibelske plager.

Financing and production company Endgame has optioned the feature film rights to David Crane and Larry Coen's Off Broadway show and screenplay Epic Proportions. Variety reports that John Landis is attached to direct the film from a script being rewritten by Todd Berger.
The comedy is set during the Great Depression and follows two ne'er-do-well brothers who begin as extras and move up the ranks on an expensive yet ultimately doomed movie shoot about the biblical plagues.
Endgame co-financed Beyond the Sea, Hotel Rwanda, Stage Beauty, and Five Children and It. They also recently completed production on Miramax's upcoming Proof, as well as on The Alibi with Summit Entertainment.
